The Thomas International Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (EIQ) measures our understanding of ourselves and of other people, and our ability to use this knowledge to achieve our goals. The EIQ compares your scores to the responses of a UK representative UK population sample and reports under four broad factors and fifteen more focussed facets. When these competences are used to underpin leadership development they provide leaders & managers with the very best opportunity to increase their effectiveness.
